New Member Ed Retreat Final Reminder

Here is the final run down for this weekend’s retreat.

We have a reserved room scheduled in Berkshire at 5:00 this Friday. We will leave from Southwest this Friday at 6:30 SHARP. It is about an hour and a half. The address is 85 Jones St, Hebron, CT. Again it is Easter Seals Camp Hemlocks.

We will be there until Sunday around 10:30 AM. If there any changes to the sign up sheet, let me know. For example, if you said you would be there Saturday and you are now coming Friday or if you did not sign up at all please let me know as soon as possible.

If you are willing to drive on Friday, also let me know ASAP. We need drivers!

We will have all 11 associates there. Let’s give them the best weekend of their life!

Please note: there will be capture the flag, pool time, and time outside. It may be cold at night. It should be sunny during the day but that does not mean there’s no snow on the ground so be prepared. Again, here is the list to help prepare yourselves.

Things to Bring

• Pillows, sleeping bag or sheets (no sheets provided)
• Warm Clothes
• Clothes to get dirty in
• Entertainment (Games, Cards, Movies, etc.)
• Towel, shower supplies
• Tooth paste/ brush and other toiletries
• Extra pair of clothes
• PJs (if needed)
• Snacks
• Bathing Suit
• Cash in case we stop
• Cameras
• Brothers Bring Letters!
• Footwear that can take getting wet.
• Anything else you may need

I’d also encourage everybody to think about their fondest memories/funny stories about your experiences at Camp Hemlocks or in Pi Kappa Phi for we will be bringing these up Friday night.
