2010 Strategic Retreat

I know most of you are moving back into your dorms and getting ready for this upcoming semester. I just want to keep all of you updated as to what is happening within the 1st week of this semester:

1. We will be tabling in the Campus Center this week. In addition to that, Brother Sloan will be having a table next to us trying to gain some support in helping with the Haiti disaster.

2. There are Recruitment Events that will be happening this week, look for an email from Brother Bliss regarding what those events entail:

• Tuesday Jan 19th – Improv Everywhere
• Wednesday Jan 20th- Billiards Night
• Thursday January 21st- Trivia Night
• Friday January 22nd- Snow Football

3. We have our Strategic/Recruitment/Brotherhood Retreat coming this Saturday January 23rd. We will be meeting at 11:00 am, however, the length of the meeting still hasn’t been decided. There will be a break at some point where Brothers can grab some lunch, or meander before continuing with the meeting. This will also be a Chapter meeting for the Brothers as well, and we will go over some of things I expect from each of you this upcoming semester.

4. We still have an opening for the Brotherhood Chair position, so if anyone is willing to step up, please do so.

I can’t express how I excited I am to be your President, now more than ever. I think this fraternity can do great things when we put our minds to it. I want to succeed like we have never done before, and I think this year, is where we can do that.
